Day 1: August 3rd

Both groups arrived bright and early this morning, adjusting to the red eye flights and 5 hour time difference with great enthusiasm!

Before the girls flight out of Boston, the group took ownership of the gate area...

Upon arrival, we were greeted at Heathrow by CMT Learning and transported by bus to Lancing College, which looks like something out of a Harry Potter movie in the beautiful English countryside.

After learning our room assignments, we all dropped our bags and had a quick lunch before changing into our new 2015/16 training gear and taking the field for an afternoon session to wake up those tired legs.

A light ocean mist passed overhead just after lunch, but let up during the session allowing us to stay dry.  We are less than 5 miles from the coast from what the staff is telling us, can't wait to see downtown Brighton later on the trip!

We're up for breakfast tomorrow at 9am, then two sessions to prepare us for our first matches on Wednesday vs Portsmouth (girls) and Brighton & Hove Albion (boys)!
